    Sleeping is one of the most important activity through which we gets the energy for next day. I will surly going to try this. I am habitual to practice meditation while going to sleep. Its helps me alot..

    I actually don’t have problems with sleep, only with getting up 😉 but this exercise sounds good anyway and definitely will have to try it! 😀
