Spiritual Retreats – A Gateway to Wellness

What are Retreats?

Retreats involve being away from your usual work or life. They can be held either in solitude or as a community. They can be in silence or involve loads of conversations as well as activities ranging from yoga to workshops, cooking classes, therapies, the list is endless, depending on the teacher or needs of participants and host facility.

Participants leave their work or current engagements, for a few days (weekend-retreat) up to weeks of bliss & commitment. The goal is to let go of daily stress and problems by following the instructions involving Yoga, Meditation, Workshops, etc. Most of the retreats are offered in rural, natural, remote locations as well as organized travels abroad.

What are Wellness Retreats?
