Tiny Habits Massive Results

Hi Friends,

I am so excited to share that I have published my first paperback book – Tiny Habits Massive Results.

This book is about 7 (plus one pro-habit) habits that have a powerful impact on our life.

Tiny Habits Massive Results – What is it all about?

This book includes 7 (plus a pro-habit) Everyday Habits that have a Powerful Impact on our Lives

“What differentiates successful people from the rest are their Habits.”

Successful people cultivate certain habits which contribute to their happier and healthy life. Learning these habits and how to use them in your life is rewarding.

Here is a glimpse of habits from the book – Tiny Habits Massive Results

Tiny Habits Massive Results

Habit #1 – Waking Up at 5:30 am

You don’t need to work 16 hours a day to be productive. You just need some distraction-free time. When you wake up early,  you can have quality time for yourself. It is an excellent opportunity for you to evaluate your goals, and engage in some self-care activities, which are otherwise missed due to the packed schedule. This is not it! Check out the book – Tiny Habits Massive Results to find out how you can make the best out of these early morning extra hours.

Habit #2 – Meditation

A keynote habit that can change your whole life. When you meditate, you not only calm your mind but also give a booster dose to your physical and emotional well-being. Meditation trains your mind to stay focused and be present (or Being Mindful). This, in turn, helps you to become more productive, disciplined, and healthier and improve relationships.

Habit # 3. Journaling

Your journal could be your best friend. You tell all your secrets to your journal and I assure you will not disclose them to anyone ever (unless you want that). Most importantly, your journal is never going to judge you.

It is another keynote habit that helps you to keep stress on the bay, manifest your goals and release your emotional mess.

Habit # 5. Take a Break

Yeh, I know I have skipped Habit # 4 (because I want you to read my book for that ;))

Taking regular breaks helps in recharging your batteries. Both body and mind need breaks for renewal and functioning optimally. Taking a break is like sharpening your saw to perform better and be more productive.

Habit # 6. Letting Go

No amount of thinking or cribbing can change the past. Instead, it will hold you back from moving forward and living your life, fully. When you let go, you create the space for new and fresh things in your life. In this book, you will learn about how to let go of the past, live your present and design your future.

I am a firm believer that small, consistent habits produce large results over time. It’s up to us to make sure they are good ones and not bad ones. Love this.
