    I personally love yoga and practice it regularly. Not everyone does though. Gym addicts don’t find it strenuous enough.

    I really have missed my yoga practice. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve really done it consistently. But I feel that my body craves it! Thanks for the reminder to get back to it. 🙂

    I’m a new “Yogi”. Just started this year and have since instant pain reduction in my spine from bone spurs that have bugged me for years. I’m not big on the mental “finding your zen” side of things, but the physical ones have been super helpful

    At my healthiest and fittest, I was practicing yoga 3 times weekly, so I completely agree with people switching to or including yoga in their health and fitness regimen. I can also confirm it’s good for students as my son has been doing yoga with me since age 2.
