Establish a Routine

Find some people in your community, at your workplace, or even online who have similar goals. Workout together. Share frustrations. Have daily or weekly check-ins so that you hold each other accountable.

Eat Better Food
Did you know that there are some foods that will actually help you with your productivity? Forget about the fried and fatty foods that you may depend on for a sugar rush. Instead, explore some superfoods that can have a positive impact on your motivation. Such foods include salmon, berries, green tea, nuts, and dark chocolate.
Figure out how to incorporate some of these foods into your daily diet. You may want to have salmon for lunch or dinner at least twice a week. Skip coffee in the mornings for a mug of green tea. And instead of reaching for a candy bar, grab up a handful of trail mix with nuts and dark chocolate chips.
